What we need from you is camera-ready artwork or a slick. From this we have an artist provide you with several different layouts for you to select. Once a decision for the layout has been made, a di needs to be made. There is a one-time charge of $75 for the di. The other option is to not include your logo, but to put your company name in block letters at the bottom and the persons name in larger print at the top. This eliminates the di charge.

We have three type of holders for the name tags:

1. Stick Pin - Great for sweaters and heavy coats
2. Magnet - For thin clothing
3. Tuck Pocket - For suit and sports coat

They are all the same price: one tag for $10.09 plus $1.50 for shipping plus tax if applicable, or two tags with the same name for $18.09 plus $1.50 for shipping.

We offer any style with a brushed gold or brushed silver finish.
